Send structured workouts to your Garmin or Wahoo device
One of Stride’s most powerful features is the ability to create workouts and sync them directly to your Garmin or Wahoo device. This means you can follow structured training with real-time power targets and automatic lap advances.
Create or Find a Workout
Go to Workouts in Stride and either:
Click 'Send to Garmin'
On the workout detail page, click the Send to Garmin button
The button will show a loading state while sending
Open Garmin Connect Mobile
Sync Your Device
Find on Device
On your Garmin:
Start a Training Plan
From Plans, select and start a training plan
View Calendar
Your plan workouts appear on your calendar with dates
Auto-Sync Enabled
Workouts automatically sync to Garmin Connect calendar
Daily Sync
Each day’s workout appears on your device when you sync
Select Your Workout
Navigate to the workout you want to sync in Stride
Send to Wahoo
Click Send to Wahoo on the workout page
Wahoo only supports power-based workouts, not heart rate
Open ELEMNT App
Sync Your ELEMNT
Select on Device
On your ELEMNT:
Choose a Plan
Select a training plan from the Stride library
Export to Wahoo
Click Export to Wahoo SYSTM on the plan page
Authorize Transfer
Confirm the plan export when prompted
Open Wahoo SYSTM

When connected to a smart trainer:
For Garmin devices:
Pro Tip: Create simpler workouts for outdoor riding where holding exact power is harder. Use wider target ranges (e.g., 90-100% FTP instead of 95% FTP).
