Create Your Account
Visit stride.is and sign up with your email.
Stride uses password login. You’ll get a one time login link to your email.

Connect Your Devices
Stride works best when connected to your training devices:
- Garmin - Automatic activity sync, metrics, and workouts.
- Wahoo - Activity and workout sync
- Whoop - HRV data
- Strava - Activity names and routes

Let Stride Analyze Your Training
Stride will automatically analyze your training data and get to work calcalating metrics like Training Score, Load, and Fatigue.Stride can estimate your FTP (Functional Threshold Power), Heart Rate Threshold, and Running Threshold for you. You can also set your own custom zones.
