Visit stride.is and sign up with your email or continue with Google.

Use the same email address associated with your Garmin or Wahoo account for easier device syncing later.

Connect Your Devices

Stride works best when connected to your training devices:

  • Garmin Connect - Automatic activity sync
  • Wahoo SYSTM - Activity and workout sync
  • Whoop - Recovery and HRV data
  • Strava - Activity names and routes (not the actual activity data)

Set Your Training Zones

For accurate training recommendations, set up your:

  • FTP (Functional Threshold Power) - Your cycling baseline power
  • Heart Rate Zones - For effort-based training
  • Weight - For power-to-weight calculations
